General Questions

What are your hours of operation?

If you click on the Salon Info link located in the navigation bar, you'll get a overlay window with all of our information, including: address, email, phone numbre, and our hours.

If you need to get in touch with us out of shop hours, send us an email, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I book multiple services?

Absolutely! You can select multiple services in the "Select Service" step.

Make sure that you select all of the services you want before clicking "Continue".

Note: You can always click on the "Back" button to go back and make changes if you need to.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept:

Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Contactless payments, ApplePay and GooglePay.

Appointment Booking Help

Follow these steps to book your services online.

IMPORTANT: You can use the "Back" button if you need to go back to make changes to a previous step.

How do I access the booking page?

  • Click any "Book Now" button on the website (top navigation bar is easiest).
  • On smartphones, use the menu ☰ button in the top right corner, then select the "Book Now" link.
  • Visit the "Booking" page at https://outsidershairboutique.com/booking/.
  • Access the booking form via our social media "Book Now" buttons.

How do I book an appointment?

Our booking system uses a 3-step process:

  1. STEP 1: Choose the service(s) you require
  2. STEP 2: Choose the date(s) and time(s) you require
  3. STEP 3: Enter your information and submit

Hair Cuts & Styling Services

When you book a women's haircut or styling service, you have three hair lengths to choose from.

Starting prices and time frames are listed for each hair length.

If you have any questions, use the "Text us" feature in the booking system to speak to a stylist.

If you are new to Outsiders, we recommend booking a free consultations with us.

Book a free consultation by clicking on the "Consultations" tab at the top of the booking page.

Colour Services

The colour services also have three hair length options to choose from.
